Good comp so far. Will update if that changes. Do not get the McAfee add on. It does not work with Chromebooks. Thankfully I have other devices I can use it with, but if you don’t, don’t waste your time and money on that.

I have to say, all of the negative reviews had me shaking in my boots until my Chromebook arrived today. I was thrilled! It only has one minor scratch, (less than a half and inch on one of the outside corners), powered right on, and was fully charged in less than two hours. I would absolutely buy this again.

I didn’t realize it was a chromebook when i bought it but it works well. It seems to have an operating system as a phone but it works for what we need it for. No issues so far but cannot download any apps. I guess thats fine. Have to do more research in the future but happy with the purchase.

I am very happy with this purchase. The Chromebook was purchased as certified refurbished and it came looking brand new. I was able to sign in perfectly and all is wonderful. This is for a 93 year old who needs to be able to email and her old one expired after 5 years and I was thrilled to be able to purchase the same one so there would not be a learning curve.
