The first 2 computers we ordered didn’t work fully. Buttons wouldn’t work and 1 completely crashed. So I started the process to return them. But instead I decided to just have them replaced. As soon as I sent my computers back I saw that they had already shipped 2 replacement ones. I couldn’t believe it. This was such a blessing as we home school and really needed these asap. We received our new ones and are excited to open them and get back to work. We have purchased 4 computers total from them and will be purchasing more in the future. Great price. Great product. Great customer service.

I chose the Lenovo Thinkplad Yoga because of the reviews, mainly, and because of the Lenovo name. I like the idea of a solid state drive. This is a refurbished unit but it looks brand new. Very nice! Arrived quickly and was packaged really well.The battery life, as noted in the reviews, is short, but I keep mine plugged in most of the time when I’m at home, anyway.I want to turn off the touchpad but it looks like it’s unnecessarily complicated. My old laptop had a key for it, but this one requires many steps.Only two usb ports but it says they’re both 3.0, so that’s good.The FN button is where the Ctrl button normally is, so I keep hitting the wrong button. I suppose I’ll get used to that.This is more like a notebook than a laptop, though it works the same, which is what I want, but with only 128 gb I’m already out of room. I hadn’t counted on that. Looks like I’ll be using the cloud or a flash drive now, and will have to figure out which is best for me. I’m used to having tons of room on a laptop so this will take some getting used to, too.It’s heavier than I expected, considering there is no hard drive and no disk player.I’ve only had it for a few days, so if I find anything else I’ll come back and update.

The device arrived way ahead of scheduled delivery. The laptop outer case is in excellent condition, the keyboard looks like new, and everything operates as it should. One note: the battery was very low upon receipt so the screen appeared very dim no matter how I set the display brightness, but after being plugged in and restarted everything is as it should be. Confident this was a good purchase so far.

This is hands-down the best laptop I have ever owned!! My boyfriend has a model a few years older than this one and it always works beautifully for him, so I decided to get one for myself after much contemplation and research. I have had this laptop for over a month and I use it heavily on a near-daily basis for taking notes, reading online textbooks, web browsing, writing papers, etc. I don’t play video games and I don’t have a lot of pictures or music I store on my hard drive, so this is perfect for me. I would highly recommend this computer to those in school and/or those who mainly use their laptops for web browsing and Microsoft Office uses. The smaller screen doesn’t bother me at all, but some folks might have an issue with it – just something to be aware of if you’re looking for/needing something with a larger screen.The touchscreen works beautifully. It boots up quickly every time I open it, and even with the 4GB of RAM preinstalled, it can handle all of my tabs and programs open (I plan to expand it to 8GB soon). The only “complaint” I have is its battery life. It’s decent, much better than that of the ASUS I had before, but I bought this computer refurbished, so maybe in a year or so I’ll replace the battery. Still, for the low price and all of the features, durability, convenience, and reliability, this is one hell of a deal! I am a very happy customer! Lenovo is the only brand I will ever buy!!

First off, keep in mind that this is a USED laptop. It is not going to look out-of-the-box new. Mine was clean but did have signs of previous use (small scratches on outside, touchpad showing signs of wear). As far as operation, I cannot complain. It is easy to navigate, pretty fast, and the battery seems to last for hours on end. The first day I downloaded all of my Google Play music while unplugged. The process took a few hours (due to amount, not speed) and afterwards the battery was down to 67%. For the price you can’t go wrong. It is great for streaming, surfing, and general school/work from home use. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a good yet affordable general use laptop.
